This executive leadership position serves as OET?s Chief Operations Officer responsible for overseeing the Service Delivery division in the State?s central IT organization, delivering IT infrastructure and applications services to over 70 executive branch agencies and approximately 40,000 end users as well as various other Minnesota government customers. The Service Delivery Division includes infrastructure operations, applications management, service desk, and process controls and improvement. The position manages a highly professional operations staff and organization capable of scaling in size and scope as the State increases its ratio of centrally delivered utility services for the executive branch, and routinely meets and exceeds service level agreements and expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:   To qualify, you must have three (3) years of managerial experience

OR

a combination of five (5) years of managerial and advanced supervisory experience in a large, complex IT environment.

-Experience must include responsibility for strategic, operational, human resource and financial planning. Human relations experience sufficient to build and maintain relationships with major stakeholder groups and excellent team building and facilitation skills are also required for this position.
